Traffic Accounting
- Traffic accounting runs on both directions. That is, if there is 1GB out and 1GB in, the traffic volume is 2GB. GB = Giga Bytes.
- For traffic limited plans, all traffic meters will reset to zero on 1st Day of each calendar month, regardless of the start date of the plan.
In summary, we have three types of data plans.
- Unlimited data - which means the data is unlimited.
- Capped data, then charged - after exceeding the data cap, the charge is HK$0.12 per GBytes (calculated as the sum of both directions).
- Capped data, then throttled - after exceeding the data cap, the speed is throttled to 2Mbps.
Data usage and speed are reset on the first day of each month.
We will increase the traffic limit of all plans from time to time. Existing customers will only receive increased traffic volume without a price increase.
We do not offer additional paid data packages.
