Dear Customer,
1) With technical support from Apple, push notifications are now configured for all our email accounts on iOS devices. If your iPhone or iPad connects to our mail server through IMAP using Apple’s default Mail application, push notifications will be configured automatically.
2) The security and capacity of our storage network have been substantially improved. From May 2016, the first 1GB of storage used by each email account is completely free. Only usage above 1GB counts towards your company’s paid storage allocation. (cPanel customers should contact their administrator.)
3) All customer files automatically benefit from our three-day snapshot backup service. When necessary, contact us so that we can try to recover accidentally lost emails or files.
